Reset mp3 player
Trying to take off the security code to reset you know my mom SanDisk has a 14 days revalidation expiration date. That you have to resetting it?
So I want to reuse it. I need the address to mail in ASAP

I can't get anyone to answer the phone, because I need the forms to fill out, so I can get my mp3 player which is working , but I came home from prison and I need the lock removed so I can listen to my music .
Whats the total cost with shipping to deinstitutionalize my mp3

I ordered new towels and received seconds and have heard from no one regarding my complaint.
Avoid them if you want your merchandise!
I have to agree with any negative comments. I found what I thought was a deal on cabinet hardware on website where they were a "marketplace seller" (I believe they've been thrown off that website).
Everything was CLEARLY listed in lots of 10. I ordered maybe 10 lots of 10. I received one of each item only, basically 10 percent of my order. I sent messages several times.
I finally got a response over 2 weeks later. Oops, sorry that was wrong. They'll send a label to return. I pointed out that they should fulfill my orders since it was not my mistake but I've yet to hear back from that message.
I also bought a mortised doorknob a couple of years ago directly from their website. It started coming apart in a matter of weeks.

They take people's money for stuff they don't stock, and then make it VERY hard to cancel the order and get a refund.
They have an ebay store which they state they have "More than 10" of an item. ATG Store Item #1217****, Ebay Item number #231725****56.
It's a salt and pepper grinder set by Modernhome. This is a standard cheap chinese made set that is available at 20+ other stores on Ebay and the web. They sent me an email stating that it's backordered. I called them, and it's backordered until Feb.
I tried to reach them 2 times via Ebay resolution center, called them, and live chat.
They still have not cancelled my order and refunded my money. They take people's money for stuff they don't stock, and then make it VERY hard to cancel the order and get a refund.

Order not received after notification that it had been shipped
Terrible. I placed the order on 7/31/16. They charged my credit card in full on 8/1/2016. I received an email on 8/4/16 saying the item had been shipped. On 8/7/16, I clicked the tracking number link in that email to see what day my furniture was scheduled to arrive. The link took me to CEVA Logistics and their website said that the tracking number could not be found. Thus began a week of phone calls to ATG Stores customer (non-) service. Every time I called, someone told me they would work on it and that they would call me back. Only once out of 5 or more calls did someone call me back. Even if they had no new information to tell me, they should have called me back because they said they would. It points to integrity and honesty in dealings with a customer. Do what you say you're going to do!
Finally, I called them on 8/15/16 and asked to have the order cancelled. I posted a negative review on SiteJabber and then I got a call from someone at ATG telling me my refund would be processed right away (because in the review, I doubted how quickly they would process a refund). I guess they watch social media and the web for negative words about them.
To top it all off, when my order was cancelled I received an email notification and guess what the reason was that they entered into their system? Reason for cancellation: customer could not wait. Wow. Really?
Please do not give this company any more business, they have to get their act together and not screw up the business they have before they can be trusted with more business.

I placed an order almost over 2 weeks and the order is not even shipped from the manufacturer. When I placed the order, it clearly said its going to be shipped in 3-5 days and btw, that shipped is NOT the same as deivered.
Customer support doesn't even have any visibility on the ETA for the product to be delivered! Tracking numbers are changed every couple of days and they are all fake! If the store is providing such third grade service for tracking a product, I wonder how the actual product will be!
I pity Lowe's that bought this crapy store...
it's hurting Lowe's brand image and advise Google shopping to blacklist ATGstores from its search result as safe.

They advertise Best Price Guarantee, price match + 10% off. THIS IS JUST TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING THE BEST PRICE!
I found a website that beat them by over $300. When I asked for price match plus 10% off, they tried to tell me that since the other website was based out of OHIO only, they could not price match.
Their terms state that it only needs to be a US retailer (ie, not Amazon)... not on sale...
and in stock. I fell within all guidelines of their guarantee.
They made excuses to not honor their 10% PRICE GUARANTEE. This is false advertisement.

This was my 1st time ordering from ATG Stores. I was looking on the web and in stores for a sky blue futon cover in micro suede. ATG store was the only showing it had close to that color and material for a full size futon. I took a chance and ordered from them.
When the ordered arrived, it was a steel grey, denim material futon cover. This was not what I wanted. I filled out the return form and returned it.
About a month later, I received my credit card bill showing the purchase but no refund. I called ATG Store and spoke to a polite customer service rep. He informed me that I was supposed to call ATG store in addition to filling out and sending the return. I had no idea I was supposed to do that too. So the rep took care of logging it in. He said he would check to see if item was received at original vendor, "Surefit".
I gave it a week and then checked my credit card account to see if credited back.
It wasn't. So I called again. A different rep answered. Again she was polite but said showed no record confirming with "Surefit" that slipcover was received. Now I am upset because I don't have the slipcover any more (since I mailed it back) and it cost $49.99! She said she would call them. Had me on hold a bit but came back that she couldn't reach Surefit.
I then received an email the next day stating they couldn't confirm receiving the slipcover. Now I like to point out, this was returned a month ago, so I am not sure they would even have the records or be able to track it.
I purchased from many places, particularly Amazon online with no issues, even with returns. Needless to say I am NOT purchasing from ATG Stores again. The order was not right to begin with and in my eyes, they stole my money!

False Advertising
Terrible customer service. I purchased lights and selected a bulb for each, but received no bulbs.
When I inquired, I was told I didn't purchase a bulb, I selected the bulb for which the fixture would be "suitable." It clearly shows a bulb in my cart, right below the item number, size, etc. Here's what is says exactly: "Lithonia Lighting Energy Star Standard Fluorescent Under Cabinet Light Brand Name: Lithonia Lighting SKU: 388**** Model: UC8 32 120 SWR M6 Finish: Milk White Size: 48-in Ballast: Electronic Instant Start On/Off Switch: With On/Off Switch Light Bulb: (1)32w T8 Med Bi-Pin Linear Fluor Dimensions: Height: 1.375in - Length: 48.375in - Width: 4in Disclaimer: Once ordered, this item may not be cancelled."
Nowhere in my cart does it say "bulb sold separately."
Here's the real catch: I can go to Lowes and buy a Utilitech fixture that includes bulb for $4 less (24" size).

If you resetting the mp3 player back to factory settings, look in the booklet that came with it. Or, look up the name and model number online via a search for how to reset it.
Usually, there is a small hole somewhere on it into which you insert a pin or paperclip to reset it.
Put in the pin and hold it down for up to a minute to reset it. Someone, somewhere has done this and you will find out how via a search.
